These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tear & Try ("the App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App provides a service designed to bring small changes to your daily life through daily challenges. Key features include:
You can use the App with anonymous authentication, email authentication, or a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information. You are responsible for any damages resulting from inadequate account management or third-party use.
You may not:
Copyright of user-generated content (such as feedback) belongs to the user. By posting content, you grant the operator the right to use it for service improvement. Copyright of challenge content belongs to the operator.
The App offers paid services including coin purchases and premium subscriptions. Purchases are subject to the terms of the respective platform (e.g., Google Play). Refunds are subject to the platform's refund policy.
The App may contain third-party advertisements. The advertiser is responsible for the content of such advertisements.
The operator may modify the App without notice. The operator may temporarily suspend the service for system maintenance, force majeure events, or other situations deemed necessary. The operator may terminate the service with reasonable advance notice.
The operator does not guarantee that the App is free from defects. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Please complete challenges at your own risk. Do not push yourself beyond your physical or mental limits.
The operator may modify these Terms without notice when deemed necessary. Modified Terms become effective when posted in the App.
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the operator is located.
